Speaker Registrations — Please Read
Please note that speaker attendees are automatically registered to attend the conference by PMC staff. No additional action is required to register a speaker.
Speakers are required to make their own hotel arrangements as indicated in the instructions provided below.
What’s Included With Registration?
Everyone who registers to attend the conference will have access to the two days of conference programming on November 13 and 14. PMC will provide breakfast and lunch for conference attendees on November 13 and 14. Light refreshments will be available during the receptions.
Room Block
Please note that there is a limited block of discounted rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel available to book here. Conference attendees who require accommodations while in Dana Point are responsible for booking and covering all costs associated with a stay at the Ritz-Carlton or alternative hotel.
Airports, Directions & Parking
The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel is within driving distance (25-67 miles) of multiple airports. Valet parking is available at the hotel, if needed.

Rate: $1,800
You will select this ticket option if your employer is an academic, physician, governmental, or nonprofit institution or practice that does not maintain a membership with the Personalized Medicine Coalition. Industry
Rate: $3,000
You will select this ticket option if your employer does not maintain a membership with the Personalized Medicine Coalition and is not an academic, governmental, or nonprofit institution. If you are unsure whether your employer maintains a PMC membership, click here to review the PMC member list.
